This event is free to volunteers and benefactors. However we do need everyone to register, so we don't overfill the room. Please fill in your name and email below, then write "Event" in the subject box and press "send".

If you need a certificate for your Professional Development (CPD) please write the name you want to appear on the certificate in the "Message" box below.

For friends and associates, after you have filled in your details below and pressed "send" a "Thank you" page will load where you can click on PayPal "Donate" button and enter $20 in the "Donation amount" box.
